No. 835 Heavy-Duty Undercut Saw

This saw undercuts doors in place, inside corner areas, and can undercut masonry walls and hearths. A diamond blade (No. 822) is available as an accessory for undercutting tile and stone. Features slip-proof height adjustment from flush to the floor to as high as one inch using dual lead screws for setting and holding the height. The aluminum ratchet front handle is very durable and folds down for undercutting toe spaces. The powerful 13 AMP motor is geared to produce more torque at a lower RPM, and also throws less dust. Dust port can be attached to a vacuum (not included) for dust collection. Doors that are as thick as 1 5/8” can be undercut without removal. No. 837 Dust Cover for 825 & 835 Saws

This adjustable dust cover bolts on to Crain No. 825 and No. 835 Heavy-Duty Undercut Saws to capture more sawdust and channel it towards the vacuum dust port. It includes a spring-loaded shroud that adjusts automatically to the height of cut and then follows the floor contour as the saw is moved along the floor. It also has a pivoting depth gauge to control the depth of cut. This dust cover is used in place of the depth gauge that comes with the saw for undercutting straight walls, but must be removed to undercut inside corners. Do not use the saw without the depth gauge or dust cover in place. Net weight: 7 oz.

No. 575 Multi-Undercut Saw

This compact, 8 AMP undercut saw works best for fast undercutting of door jambs. It can also undercut along walls, at inside corner areas, or beneath toe spaces. Height of cut is adjustable from flush to one inch above floor level. Cuts to maximum depth of 1 1/4“. Dual-angle depth gauge allows cutting at “straight on” or 45° angles to the wall.
