No. 942 V-Shape Detail Skiving Blade

This blade is used for precision clean-up skiving work where a flat blade might gouge the material. It can also be used for detail grooving at coved areas, or for preparing a weld splice at a previously welded area on the floor. The blade is made from high-carbon steel, and includes two sharp, precision-ground edges. The shank is standard 3/16” size for Crain No. 940 Detail Skiving Knife Handle, and other popular handles. Sold one blade each in a plastic snap box.
