No. 207 High Temp. Glue Gun 220W

This high-powered 220W gun quickly melts glue sticks for high output applications such as gluing tack strip to concrete with acrylic glue sticks. The gun has variable temperature control from 284°F – 428°F. It comes with a precision 1/8” glue nozzle and a carrying case. Takes standard 7/16” diameter glue sticks (Crain No. 201 10″ regular, No. 202 4″ regular, or No. 208 10″ acrylic). Works with the following Crain accessory nozzles: No. 627 Carpet Edge Sealing Tip, No. 628 1/4” Nozzle, No. 629 1/8” Nozzle (all sold separately). In operation, this gun’s nozzle and melted glue temperatures are very hot, up to 400°F. Users should avoid contact and keep out of reach of children. Net weight: 4 lbs.

No. 203 Glue Gun

This 80 watt glue gun comes with our No. 629 1/8” Nozzle which has a small diameter extension tube for use on detail work. It also comes with a standard nozzle that can be used to deliver larger volumes of adhesive. This gun works with standard 7/16” diameter glue sticks (Crain No. 201 10″ Glue Sticks or No. 202 4″ Glue Sticks). In operation, this gun’s nozzle and melted glue temperatures are very hot, up to 400°F. Users should avoid contact and keep out of reach of children. Net weight: 11 oz.

No. 204 Edge Sealing Glue Gun

This 100 watt glue gun comes with a precision carpet edge sealing tip (No. 627) and a conventional 1/8” nozzle (No. 629). The carpet edge sealing tip works at an upright angle that allows a convenient pulling motion along the carpet edge. The process occurs in the line of sight for observing the glue application. Carpet edges that are pre-sealed with hot melt dry quickly and resist fraying. Afterwards, during the seaming process, the hot iron reactivates the hot melt, allowing the edges to bond together to reduce seam peaking. Takes standard 7/16” diameter glue sticks (Crain No. 201 10″ or No. 202 4″). In operation, this gun’s nozzle and melted glue temperatures are very hot, up to 400°F. Users should avoid contact and keep out of reach of children. Net weight: 1 1/4 lbs.

No. 627 Carpet Edge Sealing Tip

This precision glue tip for popular melt glue guns works at an upright angle that allows a convenient pulling motion along the carpet edge. The process occurs in the line of sight for observing the glue application. Carpet edges that are pre-sealed with hot melt dry quickly and resist fraying. Afterwards, during the seaming process, the hot iron reactivates the hot melt, allowing the edges to bond together to reduce seam peaking. The standard thread size fits the Crain Nos. 203, No. 204, No. 207 glue guns and other popular makes. Thread size: 7/16” major diameter- 20 threads per inch. Includes glue tip only. Glue gun not included. In operation, this tip and melted glue are very hot, up to 400ºF. Users should avoid contact and keep out of reach of children. Net weight: 1 oz.

No. 628 1/4” Nozzle

The No. 628 1/4” nozzle is crimped on the end to form a thin opening approximately 1/32” (0.030″) x 7/32” (0.215″) to deliver a thin cross section of hot melt adhesive. It is good for precise edge sealing work. Attaches to either Crain No. 203, No. 204, or No. 207 Glue Guns or others guns with standard size thread. Thread size: 7/16” major diameter- 20 threads per inch. In operation, this nozzle and melted glue are very hot, up to 400ºF. Users should avoid contact and keep out of reach of children. Net weight: 1 oz.

No. 629 1/8” Nozzle

The No. 629 1/8” nozzle has an extended 1/8” tube that can deliver glue to precise spots such as along a fraying seam edge. The 0.085″ inside diameter delivers a enough adhesive even for sealing large tufts such as Berbers. Attaches to either Crain No. 203, No. 204 or No. 207 Glue Guns or other guns with standard size thread. Thread size: 7/16” major diameter- 20 threads per inch. In operation, this nozzle and melted glue are very hot, up to 400ºF. Users should avoid contact and keep out of reach of children. Net weight: 1 oz.

No. 209 Extra Open Time Glue Sticks (20 Pack)

These 10” glue sticks provide more open time to position materials (approximately 3 minutes). They are helpful to position starter boards for installation of hardwood flooring, or for gluing long trim pieces. Includes 20 sticks and comes in a self-closing bag for storage.
