This knife for trimming excess heat welding rod at the seam comes with a sharp, flexible blade that is replaceable and a built-in pivoting trim guide, all in one tool. Eliminates difficult resharpening and gouging problems with quarter moon knives. Uses a two-step process for trimming. On the first pass, trim with the guide under the blade to remove the bulk of the material, then pivot the trim guide out of the way on the second pass. The flexible blade won’t gouge high spots.
